Below is my Stress and Coping Diary. For this project I had to keep track of every time I experienced stress, behavioural, cognitive, emotional and physiological symptoms of the stress, as well as which coping method I used to relax myself. The purpose of this project was to notice how often you get stressed and than to practice the coping methods.

Thank for your effort in this assignment Brennan. You've done a great job of identifying your stressors, describing your reactions and you coping strategies. While documenting this doesn't help "fix" any of your stress, I'm glad that it helped to identify just how frequently stress can happen, and how you are able to deal with it. Great job. 30/30
